Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the widely recognized standard for web accessibility. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to improve the experience continuously.

What we've done

• Semantic page structure with landmark regions (header, navigation, main, footer) and a correct page language so screen readers can announce content properly.
• Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, with purely decorative images marked so assistive technology can skip them.
• Navigation with standard links and buttons that work by keyboard, keeping the browser's visible focus indicator in place.
• Color contrast chosen to keep text readable against our cream, maroon, and gold palette.
• Support for reduced-motion preferences — animation is minimized when your device requests it.
• A responsive layout that adapts across phones, tablets, and desktops.

Known limitations

Some content we link to or embed from third parties — for example map and directions links, online ordering, and social media — is outside our direct control and may not fully meet our standard. Where we rely on such tools, we choose accessible options where possible and always provide a direct way to reach us by phone. We continue to test and improve the site over time.
